Therefore, we are temporarily unable to allow authors to independently create accounts in our journal system until its security has been fully restored.

To ensure the security of our system and maintain the quality of our publishing environment, we have temporarily disabled the automatic "Register" feature due to security concerns.

For authors who wish to submit their manuscripts but do not yet have an account, account creation will be handled manually by our Editorial Team.

Our team will process your request within 24–48 hours. Once your account is created, you will receive a temporary password via email, which you should change immediately after your first login. Authors who already have an account may directly access the login menu and proceed with their submission. Manuscripts submitted to our journal should follow the IJRER journal template, be prepared in a double-blind format, and be submitted in Microsoft Word format. For further details, authors are encouraged to consult the author guidelines and the various article types available in our journal.
