Decline in physical activity among women can affect their quality of life. This decline is influenced by aging and life events. The objective of this community service activity is to increase the information and knowledge of members of the Karate Sports Education Foundation regarding physical activity and quality of life for kohai, particularly women kohai. This activity is conducted in partnership with the Karate Sports Education Foundation (YPOK) of Gorontalo Province. The implementation of this activity consisted of three stages: planning, execution, and evaluation. To determine appropriate physical activity for women kohai, it is necessary to consider age and eligibility criteria, the type of physical activity, the dosage in terms of duration, intensity, volume, and frequency and the menstrual cycle. Based on the final assessment conducted on 14 participants, 10 were able to determine their physical activity dosage. Additional support was provided to participants who were not yet able to do so. The direct benefits of this activity include an increased understanding of and ability to identify women’s physical activity needs, as well as the ability to develop physical activity programs based on age and eligibility criteria within the Karate Sports Education Foundation of Gorontalo Province.
