Manajemen Pendidikan dalam Mewujudkan Student Well-Being pada Budaya Ramah Anak di Sekolah Dasar

Student well-being menjadi perhatian penting dalam pendidikan dasar karena sekolah perlu menyediakan lingkungan yang aman, nyaman, suportif, dan ramah anak di samping menjalankan fungsi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan praktik manajemen sekolah dalam mewujudkan student well-being melalui budaya ramah anak di SD Hj. Isriati Baiturrahman 2 Semarang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus deskriptif analitis. Informan penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua, dan siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan budaya ramah anak didukung oleh beberapa praktik manajerial yang saling berkaitan, meliputi kebijakan formal Sekolah Ramah Anak, pembagian peran yang jelas antara kepala sekolah, Wakasek Kesiswaan, Guru BK, wali kelas, dan komite sekolah, serta praktik keseharian berupa penyambutan siswa, komunikasi guru yang humanis, media anti-perundungan, affirmation stairs, layanan BK, dan penyelesaian konflik secara restoratif. Keterangan siswa menunjukkan adanya rasa aman dan nyaman, hubungan positif dengan guru dan teman, serta perlindungan dari perundungan serius. Monitoring dilakukan melalui mekanisme pelaporan yang responsif dan evaluasi berkala dengan melibatkan unsur sekolah, orang tua, dan komite. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa student well-being didukung oleh keterpaduan antara manajemen sekolah, budaya ramah anak, dan layanan siswa yang responsif. Penelitian selanjutnya perlu melibatkan konteks sekolah yang lebih beragam untuk menguji keteralihan temuan penelitian.
