Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran berbasis Mindfulness dalam meningkatkan ketenangan emosi siswa di sekolah dasar. Ketenangan emosi merupakan aspek penting dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang sabar, tenang, dan mampu mengelola perasaan dengan baik di lingkungan belajarnya. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus pada kelas IV di SD Neg. 04 Balangnipa, Kecamatan Sinjai Utara, Kabupaten Sinjai. Teknik pengumpulan data dapat meliputi observasi, angket, dan wawancara.
