Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by another journal.
  • The submission has been checked for plagiarism and similarity, and it does not exceed the journal’s acceptable threshold (max 20%).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
  • The manuscript has been prepared strictly following the official EduTransform article template.
  • All citations and references adhere to the APA 7th Edition style.
  • All figures and tables are properly labeled, numbered, and referenced in the text.
  • I have uploaded a manuscript with full author identification for the editorial record and publication.

Author Guidelines

Manuscript Submission Requirements

1. General Manuscript Preparation

Key Requirements

  • Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, academic English.
  • Template: All manuscripts must use the official EduTransform article template.

  • Length: 3,000–7,000 words (including tables, figures, and references).
  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx).

2. Structure of the Manuscript (IMRAD Format)

  1. Title: Concise and informative (maximum 15 words).
  2. Author Information: Include full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors. 
  3. Abstract: 150–250 words summarizing the research purpose, method, findings, and implications.
  4. Keywords: 3–5 relevant keywords.
  5. Introduction: Background, problem, literature review, and research objectives.
  6. Method: Research design, participants, instruments, and data analysis details.
  7. Results and Discussion: Present and interpret results, link to relevant literature, and highlight implications or limitations.
  8. Conclusion: Summarize findings and provide recommendations or future research directions.
  9. References: Use alphabetical order following APA 7th Edition style.

3. Citation and Referencing

All in-text citations and reference lists must follow the APA (7th Edition) format. We recommend using reference management tools such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote to ensure accuracy.

4. Submission Process

  • Submissions are made online via the EduTransform OJS system.
  • Authors must register an account before submitting.
  • During submission, please ensure the submission checklist is fully completed.

5. Editorial and Review Process

All submissions undergo initial editorial screening followed by double-blind peer review. Only manuscripts meeting the journal’s quality and ethical standards will be accepted for publication.

6. Ethical Considerations

  • The work must be original and not under review elsewhere.
  • All authors must agree to the submission and the order of authorship.
  • Proper acknowledgment must be given to all sources and contributors.
