Author Guidelines

Manuscript Submission Requirements

Authors must upload two versions of the manuscript:

  1. Blind Version – Without author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or self-identifying citations.
  2. Full Version – Complete manuscript containing author details for editorial and publication purposes.

Submissions that do not meet these requirements will be returned for correction before review.

  1. General Manuscript Preparation
  • Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, academic English.
  • Template: All manuscripts must use the official EduTransform article template. [Download Template Here]
  • Length: 3,000–7,000 words (including tables, figures, and references).
  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx).
  1. Structure of the Manuscript (IMRAD Format)
  • Title: Concise and informative (maximum 15 words).
  • Author Information: Include full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors.
  • Abstract: 150–250 words summarizing the research purpose, method, findings, and implications.
  • Keywords: 3–5 relevant keywords.
  • Introduction: Explain the background, problem, literature review, and research objectives.
  • Method: Describe design, participants, instruments, and data analysis clearly.
  • Results and Discussion: Present and interpret results, link to relevant literature, and highlight implications or limitations.
  • Conclusion: Summarize findings and provide recommendations or future research directions.
  • References: Use alphabetical order following APA 7th Edition style.
  1. Citation and Referencing

All in-text citations and reference lists must follow the APA (7th Edition) format.
Use reference managers such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote to ensure accuracy.

  1. Submission Process
  • Submissions are made online via the EduTransform OJS system.
  • Authors must register an account before submitting.
  • During submission, please ensure the submission checklist is fully completed.
  1. Editorial and Review Process

All submissions undergo initial editorial screening followed by double-blind peer review.
Only manuscripts meeting the journal’s quality and ethical standards will be accepted for publication.

  1. Ethical Considerations

Authors must ensure:

  • The work is original and not under review elsewhere.
  • All authors have agreed to the submission.
