Abstract

Pedagogical transformation in the digital era requires educators and prospective educators not only to be proficient in using technology, but also to design learning experiences that are innovative, adaptive, and responsive to learner diversity. This community service activity aimed to strengthen the understanding and readiness of educators and prospective educators to implement innovative and differentiated learning in the digital era. The activity was conducted in the form of a webinar organized by HIMAPTIKA STKIP Paris Barantai Kotabaru on May 2, 2026, from 08:00 to 13:00 via Zoom Meeting. Of the 126 registrants, 98 participants attended the activity, the majority of whom were Mathematics Education students, while registration was also open to the public. The implementation methods included material presentations, interactive reflection using Mentimeter, as well as discussion and question-and-answer sessions. The webinar covered pedagogical transformation, the integration of digital technology and TPACK, and differentiated learning in terms of content, process, product, and learning environment. The results indicated a strengthening of participants’ conceptual understanding of the role of technology in learning and the importance of differentiation in responding to learners’ needs. Active participation in reflection sessions, experience sharing, and question-and-answer activities also demonstrated participants’ engagement and interest in the topics discussed. This activity provided an initial contribution to strengthening digital pedagogical capacity and participants’ readiness to develop learning that is more innovative, adaptive, and differentiated.
