Model Hubungan Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompetensi Profesional, dan Disiplin Kerja dengan Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri

Kinerja guru merupakan aspek penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan kepemimpinan sekolah, kompetensi profesional, dan praktik kerja guru. Namun, keterkaitan keempat aspek tersebut dalam satu model analisis pada konteks sekolah dasar negeri masih perlu dikaji lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional, kompetensi profesional, dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru, serta menguji hubungan antarkonstruk dalam model analisis jalur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 117 guru sekolah dasar negeri di Korwil Pinang, Kota Tangerang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi, serta analisis jalur. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional (β = 0,190), kompetensi profesional (β = 0,401), dan disiplin kerja (β = 0,746) berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja guru. Kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompetensi profesional juga berhubungan positif dengan disiplin kerja, masing-masing sebesar β = 0,529 dan β = 0,531, sedangkan hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kompetensi profesional mencapai β = 0,649. Meskipun model menjelaskan 93% variasi kinerja guru, tingginya multikolinearitas pada variabel disiplin kerja (VIF = 13,444) menuntut kehati-hatian dalam menafsirkan kontribusi unik setiap prediktor. Penelitian ini berkontribusi melalui integrasi keempat konstruk dalam satu model kontekstual. Pengujian lanjutan menggunakan analisis robust, pengukuran multisumber, dan desain longitudinal diperlukan untuk mengonfirmasi kestabilan hubungan serta peran potensial disiplin kerja sebagai mediator.
