Abstract

Transformasi digital di pendidikan tinggi memperluas pilihan media belajar, tetapi kemudahan akses belum selalu diikuti strategi belajar yang terarah dan evaluasi sumber yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perubahan preferensi media dan strategi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn), serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologis di FKIP Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Informan terdiri atas delapan mahasiswa PPKn angkatan 2024 dan 2025 serta dua dosen yang dipilih secara purposif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian tematik, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan temuan diperkuat dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik serta konfirmasi interpretasi kepada informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pergeseran preferensi dari buku cetak dan penjelasan dosen sebagai sumber dominan menuju kombinasi telepon pintar, mesin pencari, jurnal elektronik, video pembelajaran, media sosial edukatif, dan platform daring. Pergeseran tersebut diikuti strategi pencarian mandiri, penggunaan representasi visual, pemilihan sumber sesuai kebutuhan tugas, serta konfirmasi lintas sumber; namun, pendalaman materi dan pengelolaan waktu belum konsisten. Faktor internal meliputi motivasi, literasi digital, kemandirian, dan manajemen waktu, sedangkan faktor eksternal mencakup akses teknologi, lingkungan belajar, dan desain pembelajaran dosen. Temuan mengimplikasikan perlunya pembelajaran PPKn yang memadukan sumber multimodal dengan panduan evaluasi kredibilitas, aktivitas reflektif, dan dukungan regulasi diri agar preferensi media berkembang menjadi strategi belajar yang bertanggung jawab.
