Abstract

Kualitas pembelajaran desain dalam pendidikan kejuruan sangat dipegaruhi oleh pemilihan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik mata pelajaran dan kebutuhan siswa. Di SMK Nasional Malang, rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Desain Interior dan Eksterior menunjukkan ketidaksesuaian metode pembelajaran konvensional yang diterapkan dengan kebutuhan siswa dalam mengembangkan keterampilan visual dan pemahaman spasial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital bernama SEPED (Sistem Edukasi Desain) berbasis platform Padlet, yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan kreativitas siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah R&D dengan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian adalah 20 siswa kelas XI DPIB yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar wawancara, lembar validasi ahli, soal pretest-posttest, dan kuesioner respon siswa. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan statistik deskriptif, paired sample t-test, analisis N-Gain untuk mengukur efektivitas media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media SEPED memperoleh penilaian “sangat layak” dari ahli materi dan ahli media dengan skor rata-rata 87.50%. Hasil belajar siswa meningkat signifikan dengan rata-rata nilai posttest sebesar 82, dibandingkan pretest sebesar 60, dan N-Gain sebesar 0,52 (kategori sedang). Respon siswa terhadap media menunjukkan kepraktisan dan daya tarik tinggi dengan persentase rata-rata 86,25%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media SEPED efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih kreatif serta berbasis visual. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya penggunaan media digital berbasis kolaboratif dalam pembelajaran di pendidikan kejuruan, terutama dalam visualisasi konsep desain interior dan eksterior. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah pengembangan media Padlet untuk mendukung pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan visualisasi digital dalam konteks kejuruan. Selain meningkatkan pemahaman, media ini juga mendorong keterampilan kolaborasi dan kreativitas siswa. Temuan ini merekomendasikan SEPED sebagai alternatif pembelajaran desain berbasis proyek di SMK dan institusi serupa.
