Hubungan Persepsi Pasien terhadap Implementasi Integrasi Pelayanan Kesehatan Primer dengan Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan di Puskesmas Ampana Timur, Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una

Integrasi Pelayanan Kesehatan Primer (ILP) ditujukan untuk meningkatkan keterpaduan, kesinambungan, dan responsivitas pelayanan di Puskesmas. Namun, bukti mengenai hubungan persepsi pasien terhadap implementasi ILP dengan kepuasan pasien masih terbatas. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis hubungan persepsi pasien terhadap lima dimensi ILP dengan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Ampana Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan desain potong lintang dilakukan pada September 2025 terhadap 83 pasien rawat jalan yang dipilih secara consecutive sampling. Persepsi terhadap Klaster Manajemen, Ibu dan Anak, Usia Dewasa dan Lanjut Usia, Penanggulangan Penyakit Menular, Lintas Klaster, serta kepuasan pasien diukur menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Data dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Pearson dan regresi linear berganda dengan pendidikan sebagai kovariat. Berdasarkan penelitian ini. Sebanyak 79,5% responden dikategorikan puas. Proporsi penilaian positif tertinggi terdapat pada Klaster Penanggulangan Penyakit Menular (88,0%), sedangkan yang terendah pada Lintas Klaster (62,7%). Model regresi signifikan dan menjelaskan 64,6% variasi kepuasan pasien ((R^2=0,646); adjusted (R^2=0,618); (p<0,001)). Lintas Klaster menunjukkan hubungan paling kuat dengan kepuasan ((B=0,263); (\beta=0,344); (p<0,001)), diikuti Klaster Manajemen dan Klaster Usia Dewasa dan Lanjut Usia. Pendidikan berhubungan negatif dengan kepuasan ((B=-1,397); (p=0,001)). Persepsi pasien yang lebih positif terhadap implementasi ILP berkaitan dengan kepuasan yang lebih tinggi. Penguatan koordinasi Lintas Klaster dan manajemen pelayanan perlu menjadi prioritas.
