Abstract

Penilaian risiko dan identifikasi bahaya sangat penting dalam fase awal proyek, seperti survei lapangan dan investigasi tanah. Kontraktor yang terlibat pekerjaan di Kampung Kalibumi, Nabire, Papua Tengah, menghadapi tantangan besar akibat kondisi area kerja yang berisiko tinggi, dari kondisi bahaya bekerja dekat dengan air, akses yang sulit, dan bahaya sosial serta kesehatan seperti malaria. Tanpa identifikasi yang tepat, risiko kecelakaan meningkat, terutama karena sebagian besar pekerja belum mengenal area tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada kontraktor guna meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap bahaya spesifik di area kerja. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 13 peserta, terdiri dari kontraktor dan pekerja lapangan. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan pendekatan berbasis risiko, dimulai dengan koordinasi dengan pemangku kepentingan, identifikasi bahaya melalui observasi lapangan, penilaian risiko berbasis matriks, dan pengembangan rencana keselamatan yang spesifik. Materi pelatihan disesuaikan dengan hasil identifikasi risiko di lapangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan rata-rata skor peserta sebesar 89%, namun terdapat komponen pertanyaan mengenai pembelajaran dari insiden, dimana 92% peserta tidak menjawab dengan benar. Berdasarkan itu rekomendasi diberikan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran dari insiden berdasarkan kasus dengan risiko yang serupa
