Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dosen dan mahasiswa mengenai pemanfaatan QR Code Alur Skripsi Terintegrasi sebagai media layanan informasi akademik di Program Studi Administrasi Kesehatan Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Kesehatan Universitas Negeri Makassar. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah informasi terkait tahapan penyelesaian skripsi masih diperoleh melalui berbagai media yang berbeda sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidaksesuaian informasi dan kurang optimalnya akses terhadap layanan akademik. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui metode sosialisasi, demonstrasi penggunaan QR Code, diskusi, dan tanya jawab yang melibatkan 35 peserta yang terdiri atas dosen dan mahasiswa. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui observasi praktik pemindaian QR Code dan kuesioner respons peserta. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi pentingnya digitalisasi layanan akademik, pengenalan QR Code Alur Skripsi Terintegrasi, tata cara pemindaian QR Code, serta pemanfaatan informasi yang tersedia untuk mendukung proses penyelesaian skripsi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta berhasil mengakses QR Code secara mandiri, sedangkan 91,4% peserta menyatakan bahwa QR Code memudahkan akses informasi skripsi dan 94,3% peserta menilai media tersebut bermanfaat dalam mendukung proses penyelesaian skripsi. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai tahapan penyelesaian skripsi, mendukung digitalisasi layanan akademik, meningkatkan literasi digital sivitas akademika, serta memperkuat efektivitas penyampaian informasi akademik di lingkungan perguruan tinggi.
